Holiday Snow Globe Charcuterie Appetizer
Ingredients
- Cloche and tray set
- Cookie cutters (reindeer, stars, snowflakes are good options)
- Soft cheese (e.g., goat cheese)
- Hard cheese
- Cured meats of choice
- Rosemary sprigs
Preparation
Spread the soft cheese on the bottom of the tray.
Arrange the cured meats on top of the soft cheese.
Use cookie cutters to cut shapes from the hard cheese and arrange them on the tray.
Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
Place the cloche on top of the tray and serve.
