Crispy Spiced Fries with Fresg Guac

Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium size potatoes
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked salt (can sub regular)
  • 5 tbsp veg/sunflower/coco oil
  • Optional toppings - sriracha, coriander, chillis, lime

Preparation

  1. Wash potatoes and slice into fries

  2. Soak in a bowl of cold water for 10 mins, drain well

  3. Preheat oven to 200•c

  4. Heat a large baking tray with the oil

  5. Sprinkle paprika, cumin and salt over fries and mix well to combine

  6. Add to the preheated baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning half way through

  7. To serve, drizzle with sriracha and top with coriander, chillis and lime

  8. Best served immediately with lots of fresh guac
