Crispy Spiced Fries with Fresg Guac
Ingredients
- 4-5 medium size potatoes
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked salt (can sub regular)
- 5 tbsp veg/sunflower/coco oil
- Optional toppings - sriracha, coriander, chillis, lime
Preparation
Wash potatoes and slice into fries
Soak in a bowl of cold water for 10 mins, drain well
Preheat oven to 200•c
Heat a large baking tray with the oil
Sprinkle paprika, cumin and salt over fries and mix well to combine
Add to the preheated baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning half way through
To serve, drizzle with sriracha and top with coriander, chillis and lime
Best served immediately with lots of fresh guac
