Spiced Fries with Roasted Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
Spiced fries
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 yellow potatoes
- 1-2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1-2 tbsp French fries spice mix
Roasted garlic hummus
- 2 cups chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt
- cumin
- paprika
- 4 garlic cloves
- some water

- salt
- onion
- paprika
- pepper
- garlic
- curry mix
Preparation
Spiced fries
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the peeled potatoes into even strips as evenly as possible.
Mix together the oil and spices in a bowl.
Add the potatoes and toss with hands until evenly covered.
Bake on a lined baking sheet for 50-60 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Roasted garlic hummus
Roast 4 garlic cloves with a little oil until fragrant.
Blend together 2 cups of chickpeas, 2 tablespoons of tahini, juice of 1 lemon, salt, cumin, paprika, the roasted garlic, and some water until smooth.
