Delicious Banana Pancakes with Cream and Raspberries
Ingredients
- 190 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 170 g banana
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Smash the banana in a bowl so that you get a nice mixture without clumps.
Throw all dry ingredients together in a bowl and add the banana and the milk.
Mix everything well.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and place a baking sheet on a tray.
Put the dough in pancake shapes on the tray and bake for 20 minutes.
If you like, add agave syrup or cream and fruits for serving.
