Delicious Banana Pancakes with Cream and Raspberries

Ingredients

  • 190 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 170 g banana
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Smash the banana in a bowl so that you get a nice mixture without clumps.

  2. Throw all dry ingredients together in a bowl and add the banana and the milk.

  3. Mix everything well.

  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C and place a baking sheet on a tray.

  5. Put the dough in pancake shapes on the tray and bake for 20 minutes.

  6. If you like, add agave syrup or cream and fruits for serving.
