Easy Yogurt Cake with Lemon Zest
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- grated zest of 1 large lemon
- 1/2 cup mild flavored oil
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients together and set aside.
Mix egg, yogurt and sugar together.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixture.
Add oil and stir well to combine.
Bake in a 350F oven for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
