Simple Yogurt Cake Made in Blender

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F)

  2. Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth

  3. Grease a large bundt pan

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan

  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
