Simple Yogurt Cake Made in Blender
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F)
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth
Grease a large bundt pan
Pour the batter into the prepared pan
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
