Gluten-Free Banana Bread with Additions

Ingredients

  • 1 package banana bread mix (Creative Nature)
  • 3 bananas
  • margarine (a tiny amount)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50g Bournville chocolate
  • handful of walnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mash the 3 bananas in a bowl

  3. In a large bowl, combine the banana bread mix, mashed bananas, margarine, and cinnamon; mix well

  4. Stir in the chopped chocolate and walnuts

  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan

  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
