Homemade Chocolate Walnut Brownie Cubes

Ingredients

  • 100g gluten free self raising flour
  • 50g raw cacao powder
  • 50g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 50g nut butter
  • 100g dates (softened with hot water)
  • 50g chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 200ml dairy free milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Pour into a grease proof dish

  3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees

  4. Leave to cool and slice into cubes
