Homemade Chocolate Walnut Brownie Cubes
Ingredients
- 100g gluten free self raising flour
- 50g raw cacao powder
- 50g dark chocolate (melted)
- 50g nut butter
- 100g dates (softened with hot water)
- 50g chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 200ml dairy free milk
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Pour into a grease proof dish
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
Leave to cool and slice into cubes
