Homemade Fries W Loaded Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • italian seasoning
  • garlic powder
  • salt + pepper
  • avocado oil spray

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425f

  2. Wash the potato well, were keeping the skin on for extra crispness

  3. Cut up the potatoes lengthwise into 1 inch fries

  4. You will end up with some smaller pieces which is fine

  5. Grab a large bowl add the potatoes into the bowl and add 1-2 tbsp of each seasoning, maybe a lil less salt though! up to you, as long as all the fries are coated well with seasoning!

  6. Lay the fries out evenly so each fry is on faced flat on a side on your baking sheet

  7. I always use a silicon mat for non stick and no waste! i used 2 large baking sheets to fit them all good

  8. Spray the avocado oil lightly on all fries then bake for 25 mins

  9. Flip fries and bake for another 15-20 minutes, this depends how crispy you like your fries

  10. Pair the fries with a big salad like i did so you get those greens in

  11. Also wow the fries paired so good with the caramelized onion chip dip i made

  12. If you have time to make that dip i suggest you do because so yummy with chips & fries
