Korean Garlic Cheese Bread

Ingredients

Garlic sauce

  • Chopped garlic
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • Parsley

Cheese filling

  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk

Bread

  • Burger buns or hot dog buns

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly.

  2. Mix all garlic sauce ingredients together after the butter has cooled.

  3. Mix the cream cheese with condensed milk until smooth and transfer to a piping bag.

  4. Take a burger bun and cut it into 6 sections without separating them, or use a hot dog bun and score it similarly.

  5. Pipe the cheese mixture into the slits of the bread.

  6. Brush the garlic sauce on top of the bread.

  7. Bake in the oven at 150-160°C for 10-15 minutes.

Tips

  1. Do not mix the garlic sauce ingredients while the butter is hot to prevent the egg from cooking.
