Potato and Broccoli Casserole Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 500 g broccoli
  • Vegeta to taste

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 250 g liquid cream
  • 400 g Vegeta broth
  • 1 onion
  • oil
  • black pepper
  • red pepper
  • chili flakes
  • grated nutmeg
  • salt
  • grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Boil the potatoes and broccoli until tender.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.

  3. Add flour and cook for a minute, then stir in the liquid cream, Vegeta broth, and spices to make the sauce.

  4. Mix the boiled vegetables with the sauce and transfer to a baking dish.

  5. Top with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a top-bottom setting until lightly browned.
