Potato and Broccoli Casserole Bake
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- 500 g broccoli
- Vegeta to taste
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 250 g liquid cream
- 400 g Vegeta broth
- 1 onion
- oil
- black pepper
- red pepper
- chili flakes
- grated nutmeg
- salt
- grated cheese
Preparation
Boil the potatoes and broccoli until tender.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.
Add flour and cook for a minute, then stir in the liquid cream, Vegeta broth, and spices to make the sauce.
Mix the boiled vegetables with the sauce and transfer to a baking dish.
Top with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a top-bottom setting until lightly browned.
