Roasted Salmon with Yakitori Sauce
Ingredients
- A big piece of salmon
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- Simple greens
- Radishes
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a pan and simmer for a minute or two.
Wrap a big piece of salmon in foil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Serve the salmon with simple greens, sliced radishes, and sesame seeds.
