Roasted Salmon with Yakitori Sauce

Ingredients

  • A big piece of salmon
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp mirin
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • Simple greens
  • Radishes
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a pan and simmer for a minute or two.

  2. Wrap a big piece of salmon in foil and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

  3. Serve the salmon with simple greens, sliced radishes, and sesame seeds.
