Easy Teriyaki Salmon Dish
Ingredients
- 2 tsp honey
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar or sherry
- 2 tsp sweet Thai chilli sauce
- grated ginger
- 2-3 salmon fillets
Preparation
Mix the sauce ingredients together.
Pan fry the salmon skin side down for a few minutes.
Then turn it over.
Pour over the sauce and let it gently simmer as the salmon cooks.
Serving suggestions
Serve with rice and veggies.
