Easy Teriyaki Salmon Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp honey
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar or sherry
  • 2 tsp sweet Thai chilli sauce
  • grated ginger
  • 2-3 salmon fillets

Preparation

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together.

  2. Pan fry the salmon skin side down for a few minutes.

  3. Then turn it over.

  4. Pour over the sauce and let it gently simmer as the salmon cooks.

Serving suggestions

  1. Serve with rice and veggies.
