Spinach and Cauliflower Tots

Ingredients

  • 2 cups steamed cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • salt and pepper
  • spicy fajita seasoning

Preparation

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.

  2. Place dough in a bowl and store in the fridge for 15 minutes.

  3. Remove from the fridge and form the dough into small patties.

  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350F, flipping halfway through the time.
