Spinach and Cauliflower Tots
Ingredients
- 2 cups steamed cauliflower rice
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- salt and pepper
- spicy fajita seasoning
Preparation
Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.
Place dough in a bowl and store in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Remove from the fridge and form the dough into small patties.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350F, flipping halfway through the time.
