Gnocchis for Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 jar organic no salt added tomato sauce
- 2 - 4 Tbsp organic tomato paste
- 1 can organic pinto beans or black beans (or switch to lentils)
- A big handful of Spinach
- 8 oz sautéed mushrooms
- Sautéed onions and garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Just cook the tomato sauce with the tomato paste for a couple minutes and then add the beans, sautéed mushrooms, onions and garlic, and spinach
Heat up for another couple minutes and then add the gnocchi
