Sticky Cinnamon Tahini White Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup 1-1 gluten free baking flour (I use @bobsredmill )
- 2 large or 3 smaller overripe Bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Tahini
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup of your favorite granola ( I used @pickybars sassy molassy flavor!)
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350 and grease or line a bread pan.
Mix together bananas, sugar, and all the wet ingredients in one bowl.
Add the flours, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda, then stir in the chocolate chips.
Sprinkle granola all over the top of the bread and then drizzle with a little more maple syrup.
Bake for about 50 minutes, but check around the 45 minute mark. Once a toothpick comes out clean and the bread isn’t giggly, you should be good.
