Tacos with Pulled Bbq Chicken

Ingredients

  • 12 taco shells (300g)
  • 600g chicken breast
  • 100g BBQ sauce
  • 150g shredded yellow cheese
  • 75g bell pepper or other vegetables like corn or onion
  • Jalapeno slices
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook chicken breasts in lightly salted water.

  2. After cooking, shred them with a fork into small pieces.

  3. Transfer to a pan, add BBQ sauce, mix and sauté for a while.

  4. Arrange tacos in a heat-resistant dish.

  5. Add chicken and bell pepper inside.

  6. Sprinkle with cheese.

  7. Add jalapeno slices.

  8. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

  9. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C with fan oven.

  1. This recipe makes 12 tacos, each approximately 185 calories.
