Tacos with Pulled Bbq Chicken
Ingredients
- 12 taco shells (300g)
- 600g chicken breast
- 100g BBQ sauce
- 150g shredded yellow cheese
- 75g bell pepper or other vegetables like corn or onion
- Jalapeno slices
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Cook chicken breasts in lightly salted water.
After cooking, shred them with a fork into small pieces.
Transfer to a pan, add BBQ sauce, mix and sauté for a while.
Arrange tacos in a heat-resistant dish.
Add chicken and bell pepper inside.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Add jalapeno slices.
Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C with fan oven.

This recipe makes 12 tacos, each approximately 185 calories.
