Oven-Baked Chicken Fillets with Bacon and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, cut into fillets
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 packets grated cheese
  • Bacon strips
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, place the chicken fillets with minced garlic, lemon juice, mustard, mayonnaise, and the packet of onion soup mix

  2. Season the fillets with this paste and let marinate for 20 minutes

  3. Coat the seasoned fillets in grated cheese

  4. Place one slice of bacon on top of each fillet

  5. Place in a baking dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden

Serving

  1. Serve with white rice and corn cream
