Thick and Gooey Banana Cherry Bread
Ingredients
- 2 large mashed bananas
- 1.5 cups gf oat flour (blitzed oats)
- 2/3 cups @oatly oat milk or any plant based milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- A couple of handfuls frozen cherries
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together, adding the cherries at the end.
Bake in a lined loaf tin at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Great for a mid-afternoon snack; optionally spread with nut butter for extra flavor.
