Thick and Gooey Banana Cherry Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 large mashed bananas
  • 1.5 cups gf oat flour (blitzed oats)
  • 2/3 cups @oatly oat milk or any plant based milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • A couple of handfuls frozen cherries

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together, adding the cherries at the end.

  2. Bake in a lined loaf tin at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.

  3. Great for a mid-afternoon snack; optionally spread with nut butter for extra flavor.
