Banana Bread Granola
Ingredients
- 5 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon/cardamom
- 3 bananas
- 1/4 cup tahini (or nut butter of choice)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix dry ingredients: oats, walnuts, and cinnamon/cardamom in a large bowl
Mash bananas and mix with tahini and maple syrup in another bowl
Combine wet and dry mixtures until evenly coated
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet
Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy
Allow to cool completely before serving or storing
