Turkish Baked Eggplant Kebab

Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 8 eggplants
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 onions
  • 5 charleston peppers
  • 1 bell pepper

Meat mixture

  • 750 grams ground meat
  • 2 grated onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • liquid oil (as needed)

Preparation

  1. Cut and oil the eggplants, then bake them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 22 minutes.

  2. Mix the ground meat with grated onions, salt, black pepper, and liquid oil.

  3. Stuff the pre-baked eggplants with the meat mixture.

  4. Arrange the stuffed eggplants in a tray with the remaining vegetables and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
