Creamy Vegan Cauliflower Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 cups cauliflower
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 0.5 cup cashew nuts
- 2 cups oatmilk
- 2 cups mushroom
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic
Preparation
Start with boiling the cashews for 15 minutes. Then boil the cauliflower until it softens.
In a blender, mix the cauliflower, cashews, oat milk, nutritional yeast, salt & garlic.
In a pan, fry the mushrooms in vegan butter. Add the sauce and pasta.
