Ingredients

Soup

  • broth
  • beans
  • chopped vegetables
  • spices

Pasta

  • pasta
  • chopped vegetables
  • sauce

Tofu scramble

  • tofu
  • spices (except black salt)
  • nutritional yeast
  • tomatoes
  • spinach
  • black salt

Preparation

Soup

  1. Add broth, beans, chopped vegetables, and spices to a large sauce pan.

  2. Bring everything to a boil, then turn down to a simmer for 5-10 minutes until vegetables are soft.

Pasta

  1. Boil pasta according to the package instructions.

  2. In another pan heat up chopped vegetables and sauce.

  3. Add sauce and vegetables to cooked pasta and enjoy.

Tofu scramble

  1. Drain tofu and crumble into a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add spices except for black salt and nutritional yeast.

  3. Add tomatoes and spinach and cook until spinach has wilted.

  4. Turn off heat and fold in black salt or use regular salt instead.
