Baked Potato Casserole with Meat Filling

- 200 grams ground meat
- 5 green peppers
- 2 red peppers

Béchamel sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- salt
- black pepper
Preparation
Boil the potatoes until soft and mash them with the eggs and salt.
Cook the ground meat and peppers with salt and desired spices until fully done.
Make the béchamel sauce by melting butter, adding flour to form a roux, then gradually stirring in milk and seasoning with salt and black pepper.
Assemble the dish by combining the potato mixture with the meat filling and topping with the béchamel sauce.
Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
