Basil Pesto Hummus Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped basil leaves
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve.
