Blended Turkish Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • Parsley

Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon isot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon mint
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses

Preparation

  1. Blend all the vegetables in a food processor.

  2. In another bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.

  3. Add the blended vegetables to the sauce and mix.
