Blended Turkish Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 green peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cucumber
- Parsley
Sauce
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon isot pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon mint
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
Preparation
Blend all the vegetables in a food processor.
In another bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.
Add the blended vegetables to the sauce and mix.
