Turkish Ezme Salad
Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 hot pepper
- half red pepper
- half bunch parsley
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- half lemon
- 2-3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
- red pepper flakes, a little black pepper, mint, paprika, and salt
- a bit of isot pepper
- 1 heaping teaspoon tomato and pepper paste
- half tea glass water to adjust consistency
- olive oil
Preparation
Prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping them finely or blending in a food processor
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Add water to adjust consistency if needed
Tips
Serve with warm bread for a delicious combination, especially during Ramadan
