Blueberry Peanut Butter Oatmeal
Ingredients
Oatmeal
- 80 g oats
- 30 g vegan protein powder
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 50 g vanilla soy yoghurt
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 300 ml almond milk
Toppings
- blueberry soy yoghurt
- fresh blueberries
- flower chocolate
- peanut butter
Preparation
Cook the oats with flax seeds, almond milk and banana on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
Stir in soy yoghurt and protein powder at the end.
Choose toppings and enjoy.
