Blueberry Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Ingredients

Oatmeal

  • 80 g oats
  • 30 g vegan protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 50 g vanilla soy yoghurt
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 300 ml almond milk

Toppings

  • blueberry soy yoghurt
  • fresh blueberries
  • flower chocolate
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats with flax seeds, almond milk and banana on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Stir in soy yoghurt and protein powder at the end.

  3. Choose toppings and enjoy.
