Brownie Batter Dessert Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz chickpeas, drained
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Preparation

  1. Optionally peel the chickpeas for a smoother texture.

  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.

  3. Start with 1/4 cup of non-dairy milk and add more as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
