Brownie Batter Dessert Hummus
Ingredients
- 15 oz chickpeas, drained
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
Preparation
Optionally peel the chickpeas for a smoother texture.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Start with 1/4 cup of non-dairy milk and add more as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
