Burrata Tomato and Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 burrata
  • Shrimp with paprika, tomato, and basil from Grand Frais
  • Tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Pita sauce or sauce of your choice
  • Nigella seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. Season the shrimp with paprika if needed.

  2. Chop the tomatoes or use cherry tomatoes whole.

  3. Arrange the tomatoes and shrimp on a serving plate.

  4. Place the burrata on top.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and pita sauce.
