Burrata Tomato and Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- 1 burrata
- Shrimp with paprika, tomato, and basil from Grand Frais
- Tomatoes or cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Pita sauce or sauce of your choice
- Nigella seeds (optional)
Preparation
Season the shrimp with paprika if needed.
Chop the tomatoes or use cherry tomatoes whole.
Arrange the tomatoes and shrimp on a serving plate.
Place the burrata on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and pita sauce.
Sprinkle with nigella seeds if desired.
