Cacao and Strawberry Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 heaped teaspoon roasted cashew butter
  • 4 unsulphured apricots
  • 2 dessert spoons natural coconut yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon lucuma powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder

Toppings

  • Grain-free granola
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Cacao nibs
  • Caramel choc shot
  • Dark chocolate buttons

Preparation

  1. Blend the strawberry base ingredients until smooth.

  2. Spoon granola into a glass until it is three-quarters full, then top with the strawberry smoothie.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon of cacao powder to the strawberry smoothie and blend again until the color turns chocolatey.

  4. Spoon the chocolate smoothie into a bowl.

  5. Add the toppings to the smoothie bowls
