Cacao and Strawberry Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 8 strawberries
- 1 heaped teaspoon roasted cashew butter
- 4 unsulphured apricots
- 2 dessert spoons natural coconut yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon lucuma powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
Toppings
- Grain-free granola
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Cacao nibs
- Caramel choc shot
- Dark chocolate buttons
Preparation
Blend the strawberry base ingredients until smooth.
Spoon granola into a glass until it is three-quarters full, then top with the strawberry smoothie.
Add 1 tablespoon of cacao powder to the strawberry smoothie and blend again until the color turns chocolatey.
Spoon the chocolate smoothie into a bowl.
