Cherry Chocolate Truffle Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chopped and pitted soft dates
- 1/3 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight or in hot water for at least an hour and then drained
- 3 tablespoons nut butter
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup date sugar or date syrup
Coating
- crashed freeze dried berries
- hemp seeds
- cocoa powder
Preparation
Blend to combine in high-powered blender or food processor.
Coat with crashed freeze dried berries, hemp seeds or cocoa powder.
