Cherry Chocolate Truffle Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chopped and pitted soft dates
  • 1/3 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight or in hot water for at least an hour and then drained
  • 3 tablespoons nut butter
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup date sugar or date syrup

Coating

  • crashed freeze dried berries
  • hemp seeds
  • cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Blend to combine in high-powered blender or food processor.

  2. Coat with crashed freeze dried berries, hemp seeds or cocoa powder.
