Dark Chocolate Cake Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup nut milk
  • 50g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix the ground almonds and cacao powder in a bowl

  2. Add the nut butter, vanilla extract and nut milk and mix until well combined (you may find it easier to use your hands)

  3. Roll into balls and place on baking paper on a plate

  4. Place in the fridge to chill for 1/2 an hour

  5. Melt the chocolate in a bowl and cover the balls

  6. Leave to set in the fridge for at least an hour
