Simple Dairy-Free Peanut Butter Slices
Ingredients
Layer
- 1 cup of Absolute Organic Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of Absolute Organic Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup of Absolute Organic Coconut Flour
Topping
- 1 cup of Absolute Organic Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup of Smooth Peanut Butter
Preparation
Line a medium baking pan with baking paper.
In a medium bowl, blend all 'Layer' ingredients until smooth and uniform, with no visible flour patches remaining.
Transfer the mixture to the baking pan and spread it evenly using a spatula.
Add all the 'Topping' ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and stir them. Heat it for 20-second increments until softened and smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter filling and spread it smoothly into an even layer.
Transfer pan to freezer for about 45-60 minutes until firm. Remove and slice into 16 bars and enjoy!
