Simple Dairy-Free Peanut Butter Slices

Ingredients

Layer

  • 1 cup of Absolute Organic Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons of Absolute Organic Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup of Absolute Organic Coconut Flour

Topping

  • 1 cup of Absolute Organic Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup of Smooth Peanut Butter

Preparation

  1. Line a medium baking pan with baking paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, blend all 'Layer' ingredients until smooth and uniform, with no visible flour patches remaining.

  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking pan and spread it evenly using a spatula.

  4. Add all the 'Topping' ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and stir them. Heat it for 20-second increments until softened and smooth.

  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter filling and spread it smoothly into an even layer.

  6. Transfer pan to freezer for about 45-60 minutes until firm. Remove and slice into 16 bars and enjoy!
