Cream Cheese with Dates
Ingredients
- 4tb plantbased cream cheese
- 1/2 eggplant
- 1 shallot
- 8 dates
- 1 handful walnuts
- 4tb olive oil
- 1,5ts cumin
- 1/tb curry powder
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
Chop eggplants and dates into cubes
Chop shallot
Crunch up the walnuts
Fry shallot in a pan with the oil
Add the eggplant and dates
Add the walnuts and spices
Fry for about 5minutes
Take from stove and let it sink in for another 5 minutes
Puree together with the cream cheese
