Creamy Avocado Hummus with Lime and Garlic
Ingredients
- 1 can chick peas (drained)
- 2 avocados
- 3 tbs nut oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.
Optionally add other flavors like red pepper flakes or paprika for extra zing.
