Creamy Avocado Hummus with Lime and Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 can chick peas (drained)
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 tbs nut oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Pop all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy.

  2. Optionally add other flavors like red pepper flakes or paprika for extra zing.
