Crispy Banana Chips with Melting Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch unripe kepok bananas
  • cooking oil, for frying
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 240 ml milk
  • 180 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped

Preparation

  1. Thinly slice the kepok bananas crosswise and set aside

  2. Fry the bananas in hot oil until golden and dry, then remove, drain, and let cool

  3. In a pot, boil the milk and margarine until almost boiling, stirring constantly

  4. Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted, then remove from heat and let cool until lukewarm

  5. Pour the chocolate sauce over the banana chips, mix well, and serve
