Easy Colorful Beet and Feta Phyllo Tart
Ingredients
- beets
- phyllo sheets
- feta cheese
- fresh thyme
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Thinly slice the beets
Layer phyllo sheets in a baking dish, brushing each with melted butter or oil
Arrange the sliced beets on top of the phyllo
Scatter crumbled feta cheese and fresh thyme over the beets
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until phyllo is golden and beets are tender
