Fried Feta-Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
- Sweet peppers
- Feta cheese (one bowl per pepper quantity)
- 1 heaping tablespoon strained yogurt or labneh
- 1 tablespoon nigella seeds
- 5-6 sprigs finely chopped parsley
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Mix the feta cheese, strained yogurt, nigella seeds, and chopped parsley to create a stuffing mixture.
Stuff the mixture into the sweet peppers.
Fry the stuffed peppers in oil until golden and cooked through.
