Easy Creamy Hummus Pasta for Two
Ingredients
- 2 servings pasta of choice
- 2-3 tablespoons hummus
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Optional add-ins
- nutritional yeast
- sliced cherry tomatoes or other vegetables (such as broccoli)
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions
Drain the pasta through a colander then pour the pasta back into the pan
Add 2-3 tablespoons hummus juice of 1/2 lemon salt and pepper and nutritional yeast if desired then gently stir everything together
Stir in sliced cherry tomatoes or other vegetables such as broccoli
Serve and enjoy
