Easy Creamy Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup plain cashew yogurt
  • lots of cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1.5 tbsp maple sweetener
  • handful of blueberries

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • peaches
  • cacao nibs
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a jar or bowl and mix well.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. Add toppings and serve.
