Golden Spiced Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Small pinch of ginger
  • Turmeric
  • Nutmeg
  • Grated carrot
  • Raisins
  • Walnuts
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons nush foods yogurt
  • Desiccated coconut
  • 1 chopped date
  • Half a ripe banana

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Additional nush foods yogurt
  • Chia pudding
  • Nut butter

Preparation

  1. Combine all base ingredients in a container and mix well.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soak and flavors to develop.

  3. In the morning, add the toppings and serve immediately.
