Golden Spiced Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- Oats
- Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Small pinch of ginger
- Turmeric
- Nutmeg
- Grated carrot
- Raisins
- Walnuts
- Pumpkin seeds
- Chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons nush foods yogurt
- Desiccated coconut
- 1 chopped date
- Half a ripe banana
Toppings
- Blueberries
- Additional nush foods yogurt
- Chia pudding
- Nut butter
Preparation
Combine all base ingredients in a container and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soak and flavors to develop.
In the morning, add the toppings and serve immediately.
