Easy Fluffy Vegan Pancakes for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3.5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk or other
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients.

  2. Cook them in a pan.

  3. Use 1/4 cup of dough per pancake.

  4. Top with favorite fruits, nut butter, granola, or maple syrup.
