Easy Gluten-Free Oat Banana Loaf

Ingredients

  • 3 cups GF oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the wet ingredients.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients.

  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix well.

  4. Bake at 175°C for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
