Easy Gluten-Free Oat Banana Loaf
Ingredients
- 3 cups GF oats
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Mix the wet ingredients.
Mix the dry ingredients.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix well.
Bake at 175°C for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
