Easy Roasted Chickpeas for Salads and Snacks

Ingredients

  • 400gms chick peas @oddpodsfoods
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic granules @schwartz.uk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180’C

  2. First drain the chick peas and dry them in some kitchen paper.

  3. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well until all the chick peas are coated

  4. Spread onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, half way through baking give them all a good mix

  5. Cool and store in an airtight container.

Tips

  1. Using @oddpodsfoods chick peas can skip the draining and drying step as they are not packaged in water, resulting in perfect crispy chickpeas.
