Easy Roasted Chickpeas for Salads and Snacks
Ingredients
- 400gms chick peas @oddpodsfoods
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic granules @schwartz.uk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180’C
First drain the chick peas and dry them in some kitchen paper.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well until all the chick peas are coated
Spread onto a baking tray and bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, half way through baking give them all a good mix
Cool and store in an airtight container.
Tips
Using @oddpodsfoods chick peas can skip the draining and drying step as they are not packaged in water, resulting in perfect crispy chickpeas.
