Baked Sweet Potato Crisps
Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Paprika to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Slice the sweet potatoes with peel thinly about 1/6 inch.
Preheat oven to 140 degrees Celsius.
Place the potatoes into a bowl and add the olive oil and spices.
Mix thoroughly with your hands until every slice is completely coated with the oil.
Place slices in one single layer on a baking tray.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and flip them over and cook for 40 more minutes.
Remove from heat and let the chips cool in the pan (they will continue to crisp up while they're cooling).
