Easy Turkish Style Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 grated onion
  • Quarter bunch parsley
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Cumin

For frying

  • Vegetable oil

Preparation

  1. Blend the chicken in a food processor.

  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

  3. Wrap the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  4. Shape into meatballs and fry in a little oil on both sides until cooked.

Tips

  1. Serve with rice for a complete meal.
