Easy Turkish Style Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 pieces chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 grated onion
- Quarter bunch parsley
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper
- Cumin
For frying
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
Blend the chicken in a food processor.
Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Wrap the mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Shape into meatballs and fry in a little oil on both sides until cooked.
Tips
Serve with rice for a complete meal.
