Malaysian Chicken Meatballs
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 carrot
- A little spring onion and coriander leaves
- Red bell pepper, deseeded
- A spoonful of sesame seeds
- Knorr chicken cube, a small amount
- Salt
- Sugar
- Black pepper
- Seasoning powder
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Shape the mixture into balls.
Heat water to boiling, add meatballs, cook until they float, then remove.
Serve with chili sauce.
Variations
The meatballs can also be fried.
They can be used in soup or with plum sauce, sweet and sour sauce, or sambal if desired.
