Chicken Sambusas with Bell Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 packet samosa pastry
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 piece chicken breast fillet, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 green chili pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chicken spice blend
For sealing
- Egg white
Preparation
In a skillet, heat the oil and add the onion, garlic, and chicken. Stir well to sauté all ingredients together until the onion and garlic wilt.
Add the green chili pepper and continue stirring and sautéing. Then add the red, green, and yellow bell peppers, chicken spices, chili, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to mix and develop good flavor.
Stuff the samosa pastry sheets with the filling and shape them into triangles, using egg white to seal the edges.
Heat the samosa maker or grill and lightly oil it.
Arrange the samosas in the grill, close it, and cook for a few minutes according to the device's instructions until golden brown. Then serve.

You can prepare the filling mixture in advance.
