Black Pepper Ginger Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 small soup bowl chicken
  • 1 stalk lemongrass
  • Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • Some garlic
  • Some spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat water until hot.

  2. Pound the shallots, garlic, and black pepper.

  3. Add lemongrass, ginger, the pounded mixture, chicken, salt, and sugar; cover and let it cook.

  4. Once the chicken is cooked, add garlic and spring onions, and finish cooking.
